We thank you for your business and we hope to assist you throughout all the phases of your Mediprompt experience. We aim to deliver a great service throughout any process even if that may be a return due to unforeseen events. With that being said, here are some things you might want to know…

RETURNS TIMEFRAME
To set your mind at ease any products that are faulty or of poor quality will be accepted back within 28 calendar days and replaced within 7 calendar days or a full refund will be issued.

If the return is due to any other reason you are eligible for reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase, which may incur a restocking fee, this will be treated on a case-by-case basis.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to inspect the product in the within the refundable period to ensure their purchase fits their requirements/needs.

CHANGE OF MIND
A 20% restocking fee may be applicable for change of mind purposes and RTS (Returned To Sender).
Restocking costs might be applied for sizing amendments which are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Postage on the returned goods will be at customers expense, it is advisable to arrange for the goods to be sent registered post or with a tracking number so that missing parcels can be traced. We will not accept COD returns.

CONDITIONS

  • All returns require a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number and prior approval from Mediprompt Customer Service
  • All returns must be pre-approved by Mediprompts in writing and comply with the ‘RETURN TIMEFRAME’ conditions.
  • Return freight charges will not be absorbed by Mediprompt unless it is due to faulty stock and is approved prior to dispatch of good.
  • Any product(s) for return must be unused, undamaged, untampered with and in original packaging. MediPrompt will not accept a returned product(s) where the product(s) has been used marked, damaged, opened (if sealed) or otherwise tampered with by the customer.
  • Product(s) sourced specifically for a customer are not returnable unless they are faulty, or the supplier agrees to accept the return
  • The product(s) have to re sent to the correct address as provided by Mediprompt in writing.
  • Initial freight charges on the original invoice may not be credited.
  • MediPrompt reserves the right to charge freight, handling and/or restocking fees on all returns.
